It's been a while since we sent out what was meant to be a regular newsletter, but after the move to Limpsfield and the usual 'settling in' period and just getting used to where things are again, we have been extremely busy dealing with lots of new clients that have been popping in! We firstly want to thank all of our new neighbours in Limpsfield and Oxted for the very kind and positive things that they have said and for being so supportive.
Equally, we need to thank our established clients who have been enthusiastic, supportive and more than happy to make the extra journey to our new salon. Hopefully the extra travel has been worth it and the service that we provide and the quality of care has not only been maintained but is now considerably enhanced.
Now that things have settled down, we have been planning and thinking ahead and we will shortly be launching our new services, namely ;
Pick Up and Go & Taxi Service
and, for all those special and unusual gifts and accessories, both large and small, a new
With Santa on his way soon you may like to pop in to get what you can while you can!
We will shortly be starting our new marketing campaign in various publications which will give you a little more detail about all of the new and existing ventures and there will be some leaflets to pick up soon in the salon. Everything is also on the web site, so you have no excuses to not know what is going on!
Equally important, we have some dates for your diary;
6th December at 4pm will be our Christmas Party for all our four legged clients and if you have been good and kind to them, they will be allowed to bring along their favourite two legged friends to act as the designated driver or walker, to ensure that they have a good time and to get them home safely! This will be a good time for all of us to catch up with each other and have a good old gossip while they play musical sit, pass the parcel and sit on
It is also be a great opportunity to pick up that last minute present for them or their friends, while they are not looking!
This year we will be launching a new 'Pooch Christmas Hamper' range where you will either be able to buy a pre packed and packaged hamper as that special gift for your four legged friends or friends of friends or you will have the option to create your own 'Bespoke' Hamper.
More details to follow or pop in during December and see for yourself how special and
totally unique these gifts are!
We are also holding an Open Day when we will take a break from grooming and make ourselves available to all of those friends of yours who may not have had the opportunity to come and see us and what we do and where we are. We will have time to chat about what we can do and what may be best for their pet both in a grooming sense as well as general care and maintenance.
A type of open surgery in effect where there will not be the usual day to day grooming distractions so we can discuss anything and everything in full.
This will also be a great opportunity for everyone to have a good look round the salon and in particular the Crèche and Boutique and to do so in a relaxed atmosphere. We will also, to help keep us going, have tea, fresh coffee, cakes and you never know, even some mulled wine!
Add these important dates to your diary and let us know whether your pooch will be coming along and if they have invited you along!
As some of you may have been unfortunate enough to experience recently, the Salon has been possessed by evil ghouls and ghosts and Halloween was very much the theme throughout October. We have been asking you to send in your scariest Halloween picture of your pet so that we can pin it up on the wall in the hope that it will scare away our own demons!
There will be a prize of a pamper voucher for the picture that is the scariest which can used for anything in any part of the Salon, grooming, Crèche, Boutique or walking, in the New Year.
If you haven't given us your scariest pet picture yet then hurry up!
Finally, as some of you may remember, the lead up to Christmas is always busy for us with so many furries wanting to look their best for when Santa Paws stops by and there are only so many hours in the day when we can squeeze them all in, so if you haven't done so already get your Christmas appointment booked asap to avoid disappointment.
We look forward to meeting you all, both two and four legged soon at our Open Day, Christmas Party, or both!
